Since 2024, BloombergNEF has ranked HyperStrong in the Tier 1 energy storage provider list.TasksSenior Project Manager - Erneuerbare Energien (Muttersprache Deutsch)Arbeitsort: Deutschland oder Europa (flexible Einsatzorte je nach Projekt)AufgabenbereicheGesamtverantwortung für Projekte im Bereich erneuerbare Energien (insbesondere Großspeicherprojekte) - inklusive Projektplanung, Umsetzung, Termin- und Risikomanagement.Koordination des gesamten EPC-Prozesses (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Projektausführung.Abstimmung zwischen internen Abteilungen (Engineering, Einkauf, Finanzen) sowie externen Partnern (Planungsbüros, Bauunternehmen, Kunden, Behörden usw.).Überwachung von Projektbudget und Kostenkontrolle, regelmäßiges Reporting des Projektfortschritts.Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, technischen Konzepten, Kundenverhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüssen.Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Standards auf der Baustelle.ProfileAbgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich (z. B.
