We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple offshore wind projects across Europe. This position will provide structure, oversight, and coordination across a diverse project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and consistent project execution standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Project Management Office for offshore wind initiatives, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and delivery across multiple projects.Develop and maintain robust project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies tailored to large-scale renewable energy infrastructure.Support project and programme managers with scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.Monitor portfolio performance and project KPIs, providing clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and project reviews to ensure transparency and accountability.Oversee resource planning and portfolio prioritisation in collaboration with technical, commercial, and operations teams.Drive continuous improvement across project management practices, promoting consistency and knowledge sharing between teams.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, finance, procurement, and regulatory functions.RequirementsProven experience in a PMO leadership or management role, ideally within the renewable energy or offshore wind sector.Strong understanding of project and programme management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).Demonstrated ability to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects.Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery and governance.Skilled communicator, capable of working effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Power BI, or Primavera.Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.For more info, do not hesitate to get in touch
