UnserTeam sucht Unterstützung im Bereich Projekt- undBaumanagement. Im Rahmen Ihrer täglichen Arbeit werden Sie sichmit verschiedenen - sowohl kleinen als auch großen - Projektenfür die BioPharma und Life Science Industrie befassen,innerhalb eines hoch engagierten Teams von Fachleuten. Verantwortlich für die Gesamtleistung des EPC-Projekts,einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf EHS (Umwelt,Gesundheit und Sicherheit), Finanz-, Termin- undQualitätsleistung und Bau für große EPC-Projekte in derBiopharma- und Life Science-Branche

End-to-End-Verantwortung vom konzeptionellen Entwurfbis zum Ende der Betriebsqualifizierung (OQ)

Höchste Eskalationsstufe innerhalb des Projektsgegenüber Kunden, Auftragnehmern und dem Projektteam

Aufbau und Pflege einer guten Kommunikation undBeziehung mit dem Kunden

Berichterstattung über den Projektstatus an dieUnternehmensleitung gemäß den Unternehmensverfahren

Leitung des Prozesses der Identifizierung vonProjektrisiken und der Entwicklung von Plänen zurRisikominderung

Sicherstellen, dass die Unternehmensverfahren,-standards und -richtlinien innerhalb derProjektdisziplinen (Projektmanagement,Projektingenieur- und -designmanager, kaufmännischerProjektmanager, Projektbauleiter/Baumanagement)eingehalten werden

Definition von Projektstrategien zur Erreichung derProjektziele nach außen und innen

Sichtbare, positive und ermutigende Vorbildwirkung fürdie Mitglieder des Projektteams, sowohl intern als auchextern. Anleitung und Motivation des Teams

Zeigen Sie Ihre Kompetenzen

Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen oder einemverwandten Bereich bevorzugt

MehrjährigeErfahrung im Projektmanagement inverwandten Branchen (Biopharma oder Biowissenschaften),sowieErfahrung im EPC-Projektmanagement

Nachweislich gute mündliche und schriftlicheKommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Detaillierte Kenntnisse in der Projektdurchführung und-koordination

Gute Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten

PMI-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
