Unser Stuttgarter Team sucht Unterstützung im Bereich Projekt- und Baumanagement. Im Rahmen Ihrer täglichen Arbeit werden Sie sich mit verschiedenen - sowohl kleinen als auch großen - Projekten für die High-Tech-Industrie befassen, innerhalb eines hoch engagierten Teams von Fachleuten. Wir schätzen begeisterungsfähige und aufgeschlossene Kollegen, die sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlen.

Erfahren Sie mehr über Ihre neuen Aufgaben

  1. Verantwortlich für die Gesamtleistung des EPC-Projekts, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf EHS (Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit), Finanz-, Termin- und Qualitätsleistung und Bau für große EPC-Projekte in der Biopharma- und Life Science-Branche
  2. End-to-End-Verantwortung vom konzeptionellen Entwurf bis zum Ende der Betriebsqualifizierung (OQ)
  3. Höchste Eskalationsstufe innerhalb des Projekts gegenüber Kunden, Auftragnehmern und dem Projektteam
  4. Aufbau und Pflege einer guten Kommunikation und Beziehung mit dem Kunden
  5. Berichterstattung über den Projektstatus an die Unternehmensleitung gemäß den Unternehmensverfahren
  6. Leitung des Prozesses der Identifizierung von Projektrisiken und der Entwicklung von Plänen zur Risikominderung
  7. Sicherstellen, dass die Unternehmensverfahren, -standards und -richtlinien innerhalb der Projektdisziplinen (Projektmanagement, Projektingenieur- und -designmanager, kaufmännischer Projektmanager, Projektbauleiter/Baumanagement) eingehalten werden
  8. Definition von Projektstrategien zur Erreichung der Projektziele nach außen und innen
  9. Sichtbare, positive und ermutigende Vorbildwirkung für die Mitglieder des Projektteams, sowohl intern als auch extern. Anleitung und Motivation des Teams

Zeigen Sie Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich bevorzugt
  • 20 Jahre + Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in verwandten Branchen (Biopharma oder Biowissenschaften), >10 Jahre Erfahrung im EPC-Projektmanagement
  • Nachweislich gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in der Projektdurchführung und -koordination
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten
  • PMI-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
