Manage and coordinate the global sales project roadmap across all sales channels (field, tele, depot, digital) with a focus on strategic development, process optimization and tool enablement Ensure consistent execution of the commercial roadmap in close collaboration with project leads and key stakeholders across functions and regions Drive the rollout of global sales initiatives together with regional teams, focusing on harmonizing sales processes and enabling commercial excellence Lead and contribute to selected strategic projects aimed at improving sales structures, tools and cross-channel integration Define and align future-state sales processes across all channels, including Key Account Management and Pricing, with an emphasis on operational efficiency Identify and prioritize business needs for sales tools (e.g., CRM, tour planning, sales cockpit, order management tools) in collaboration with internal stakeholders Act as the primary global business contact for sales-related topics in coordination with Group IT, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable solutions Support department heads with administrative tasks and track the functional budget Higher education in Business Management, Sales Strategy, Marketing or a related field Proven track record in project management, ideally within a B2B commercial or direct marketing environment Experience working in international and matrix organizations beneficial Background in strategy consulting, commercial operations or sales enablement advantageous Familiarity with the sales lifecycle of tangible goods Experience in managing cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholder groups across regions and functions KPI-driven approach with a deep understanding of sales operations, enablement and process design rather than direct selling or customer acquisition Fluency in English; additional language skills in German, French or Italian (B2 level) advantageous Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a structured, results-oriented mindset Permanent contract Mobile work partly possible Structured onboarding State-of-the-art workplace Künzelsau: canteen with daily, freshly prepared dishes Cologne: Pluxee food vouchers Allowance for transportation costs Bike leasing (JobRad) EGYM Wellpass with more than 5,000 sport and fitness offers Company pension scheme and employee purchase with attractive conditions Many training and development opportunities within our future-oriented company The BERNER Group as employer, dare to differentiate ourselves and provide every employee the opportunity to and enable them to dare to be more.
