Dynamische Stromtarife, API-basierte Plattform, White-Label-Lösungen – und ein stark wachsender B2B-Bereich mit Partnern aus E-Mobilität, Smart-Home, Heimspeicher, Wärmepumpen, Energievertrieb und OEM-Industrie. Partnerunternehmen nutzen die Plattform, um eigene Energieprodukte zu launchen - ohne selbst Marktprozesse, Abrechnung, App-Entwicklung oder Bilanzkreise aufsetzen zu müssen. Damit dieses Modell skalierbar wachsen kann, wird jetzt ein Project Manager Commercial Excellence gesucht, der Anforderungen übersetzt, Prozesse baut und Go-Lives mit Product, Tech, Sales & Partnern umsetzt. Deine Rolle Du sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen strukturierte Projekte werden - und aus Projekten nutzbare Lösungen. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Product, Tech und Operations und stellst sicher, dass der B2B-Bereich skalierbar funktioniert. Deine Aufgaben Anforderungen übersetzen - Kunden- & Partnerbedarfe aufnehmen, priorisieren und in Projektroadmaps überführen End-to-End Projektsteuerung - Prozessdesign, API-Integrationen, Whitelabel-Setups, Testing & Go-Lives Cross-functional arbeiten - enge Abstimmung mit Sales, Product, Tech & Operations Commercial Enablement - neue Prozesse dokumentieren, Teams schulen, Wissen skalierbar machen Strukturen schaffen - Roadmaps, KPIs, Dokumentation, Automatisierung Lieferfähigkeit sichern - Meilensteine definieren, Blocker lösen, Fortschritt reporten Was du mitbringst 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im (agilen) Projektmanagement im Energy Umfeld Erfahrung in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Business Development oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich Verständnis energiewirtschaftlicher Prozesse (Tarife, Abrechnung, Marktrollen etc.) Starke Schnittstellen- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Business ↔ Tech ↔ Partner) Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Technisches Verständnis: APIs, Datenflüsse, Marktkommunikation Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Ownership-Mindset Benefits & Rahmen Hybrides Modell: 2 Tage Remote / 3 Tage Office (Berlin) Startup-Umfeld mit echter Ownership statt Konzernstrukturen Öffi-Ticket / Mobilitätsbenefit, Sportangebote, Referral-Bonus Freie Tage an Heiligabend & Silvester Regelmäßige Team-Events & moderne Arbeitskultur
