Senior Project Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) für Projekte in der Versorgungswirtschaft

Standort: 76275 Ettlingen bei Karlsruhe

Unser Team Utilities besteht aus über 15 engagierten Mitarbeiter:innen, die Software-Entwicklungs- und Einführungsprojekte in der Versorgungswirtschaft erfolgreich umsetzen. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Energieversorgung bzw. Stromnetzbetreibern. Mehr als 80 Kunden, darunter Netze BW, Siemens, PSI, Stromnetz Berlin und wilhelm.tel, digitalisieren ihre Prozesse mit unserer Software – und die Nachfrage wächst stetig. Zur Unterstützung unseres nachhaltigen Wachstums suchen wir dich als erfahrenen IT Project Manager für SaaS- oder On-Premises-Projekte als integralen Bestandteil unseres Teams.   • Erster Ansprechpartner: Du bist der zentrale Kontakt für unsere Kunden in laufenden Neu- oder Bestandskundenprojekten.
  • Projektsteuerung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für deine Kundenprojekte im Bereich Versorgungswirtschaft und begleitest diese bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Leistungssicherung: Du stellst sicher, dass wir unsere vertraglichen Leistungen erfüllen und überwachst dafür Time, Budget und Quality.
  • Ressourcenplanung: Du planst den Ressourceneinsatz für deine Projekte und stellst damit eine effektive Vorgehensweise sicher.
  • Risikomanagement: Du identifizierst Risiken frühzeitig und managst Eskalationen professionell.
  • Dokumentation und Reporting: Du dokumentierst gewissenhaft den Projektverlauf und reportest den Projektstatus, um den Fortschritt transparent zu machen.
  • Unterstützung und Akquisition: Bei Bedarf unterstützt du in der Pre-Sales Phase und hilfst bei der Akquirierung neuer Projekte gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb, sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Erfolgreiches Informatik- oder kaufmännisches Studium mit Affinität zur IT (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management, o. Ä.).
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im klassischen sowie agilen IT-Projektmanagement.
  • Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Entwicklungsteams.
  • Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen in der Versorgungswirtschaft wünschenswert.
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen sowie Überblick fürs „große Ganze“ – auch bei hoher Projektkomplexität.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Denken an der Schnittstelle zwischen externen und internen Stakeholdern.
  • Fähigkeit zur Risikobewertung und proaktivem Risikomanagement.
  • Wir freuen uns, wenn du bereits Nachweise von Schlüsselqualifikationen aus den Bereichen IPMA (Level C oder höher), SCRUM Master/CSPO, PRINCE2
  • Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, PMP oder AgilePM Practitioner mitbringst.
