About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Telecommunication SE. As a key member of our Development Online department, you will be responsible for leading projects related to our successful 1&1 Mobile and DSL products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects in the multiproject management environment, focusing on time, quality, and budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product development, sales, marketing, and software development teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to address project challenges.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal customers, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including internal and external team members.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a field such as business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on e-commerce and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
