Your Daily Responsibilities

Are you seeking a position where your project management and consulting skills can significantly influence outcomes? With your expertise, you will oversee company-wide strategic planning and reporting, while also managing the execution of strategic and internal consulting initiatives across various business units.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the strategic planning cycle at both the business unit and departmental levels, from bi-annual planning sessions to monthly performance reviews.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Management Team to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and key milestones.
  • Preparing, facilitating, and documenting minutes for monthly Strategy Board and Management meetings.
  • Taking full ownership of projects from conception through execution, managing risks, issues, and change control while ensuring consistent communication with the project team.
  • Overseeing project team members and serving as the primary liaison to all stakeholders and involved departments.
  • Providing recommendations for solutions to address challenges that arise.
  • Continuously enhancing the PMO department's processes, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in a similar capacity or as a management consultant is essential.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is necessary, with German language skills being a plus.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, C-level executives, and senior management.
  • Consultative Approach: Skilled in advising and supporting stakeholders in their decision-making processes.
  • Analytical Skills: A methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving outstanding results and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Accountability: Proactively taking ownership of project life cycles and responsibilities.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven to identify potential needs and gaps, advocating for collaboration to find optimal solutions.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling to various company locations as required.
