Das Customer Success Team verantwortet die Umsetzung der Medienkampagnen unserer Geschäftskunden. Die Kundenbetreuung erfolgt hierbei im engen Austausch mit den Account Managern, die – genau wie das Customer Success Team – Teil des Sales Teams sind. Deine Aufgaben: Aneignung eines tiefen Produktwissens über unsere Marketing Solutions Produkte und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse in der Betreuung unserer Kund·innen. Telefonische als auch schriftliche Beratung unserer Neu- und Bestandskund·innen hinsichtlich der operativen Umsetzung, kontinuierlichen Aussteuerung und Optimierung ihrer Werbekampagnen. Kund·innenenkommunikation, Erstellung von Reportings, Auswertung von Reichweiten- und Zielgruppendaten und Gestaltung von Werbekampagnen. Administrative Tätigkeiten wie die CRM-Pflege und Kampagnenabrechnung. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Abteilungen. Dazu gehört beispielsweise die enge Kommunikation mit dem Produkt und dem Sales Team im Hinblick auf Kundenfeedback und die Kampagnenabwicklung. Das bringst Du mit: Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung (von Vorteil) und Feingefühl, um Deine Kund·nnen auch in schwierigen Situationen effektiv zu unterstützen. Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Online-Marketing (von Vorteil). Hohe Eigeninitiative und technisches Verständnis. Für Dich als Teamplayer·in ist es ein Leichtes, Deine Ideen einzubringen und Dein Organisationstalent hilft Dir, den Überblick zu behalten.
