Wir suchen eine kreative, hoch motivierte und empathische Persönlichkeit für die Außendienstposition Medical Science Liaison Manager (all genders) im Geschäftsbereich Seltene Erkrankungen. Du bist die Ansprechperson vor Ort bei unseren Kund*innen rund um wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen zum Einsatz von Arzneimitteln im Bereich der lysosomalen Speichererkrankungen (lysosomal storage disorders / LSD).
Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die den Wunsch hat, durch den Auf- und Ausbau von Netzwerken mit ärztlichen Experten*innen mit nationaler und internationaler Bedeutung die Therapiekonzepte und die Lebensqualität von Patient*innen mit seltenen Erkrankungen zu verbessern.
Du bist vor Ort bei unseren Kund*innen medizinisch-wissenschaftliche*r Ansprechpartner*in für das Produktportfolio des Geschäftsbereich Seltene Erkrankungen/Lysosomale Speichererkrankungen und übernimmst damit das Netzwerkmanagement und die medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Indikationsverantwortung für die Ausgestaltung und Umsetzung der Indikationsstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit den crossfunktionalen Teams.

Aufbau und Gestaltung intensiver, belastbarer und nachhaltiger Beziehungen und Schaffung von Kooperationen/strategischen Partnerschaften mit KOL, Verbänden und Patientenorganisationen
Eigenständige Entwicklung von Projektideen und Management medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Initiativen wie z.B. Advisory Boards, Webinare, Kongresssymposien
Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Studienprojekte und Forschungsvorhaben sowie teilweise auch Planung und Durchführung von nationalen Studien zur Generierung von Daten und Klärung wissenschaftlicher Fragestellungen
Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung der Indikations- und Produktstrategie in crossfunktionalen Teams unter Berücksichtigung wissenschaftlicher Dynamiken/Fortschritte (Sicherstellen des HCP-Blicks im Strategieprozess)
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizin, der Pharmazie oder Naturwissenschaften (Biologie, Chemie etc.)
Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Lust auf die Zusammenarbeit in einem heterogenen Team mit hoher Entscheidungsfreiheit in einem dynamischen und agilen Arbeitsumfeld
Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher
Du arbeitest strukturiert, verfügst über analytisches und strategisches Denken und zeichnest dich durch starke Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten aus
