Weltweit arbeiten knapp 5000 Mitarbeitende in ber 35 Lndern an hochwertigen Lsungen in den Bereichen Analytik und Verfahrenstechnik. Was diese Rolle besonders macht: Kombination aus strategischer Verantwortung und operativem Einfluss Gestaltungsspielraum bei der Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Landschaft Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleg:innen und externen Partnern Moderne Unternehmenskultur mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung & Innovation Klingt spannend?💻 Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Leitung der Abteilung SAP Applications mit rund 20 Mitarbeitenden und zwei Teamleitern Sicherstellung eines stabilen SAP-Betriebs und effizienten Incident-Handlings Strategische Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Systemlandschaft (S/4HANA, Cloud, Schnittstellen, Add-ons) Steuerung und Priorisierung von SAP-Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit Geschftsleitung und Fachbereichen Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern Begleitung des internationalen SAP-Template-Projekts und der globalen Rollouts Verantwortung fr Prozessoptimierung, Ressourcensteuerung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung 🧩 Was Sie auszeichnet: Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP-Systemlandschaft , idealerweise im internationalen Industrieumfeld Breites Verstndnis von SAP-Betrieb, Modulen und Prozessen Erfahrung in der Fhrung und Entwicklung von Teams sowie in der Projektleitung gerne international Analytische, strukturierte und lsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstarke Persnlichkeit mit Empathie, Entscheidungsfreude und diplomatischem Geschick Professionelles Auftreten auf allen Ebenen, Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen Wenn Sie an einem ersten, unverbindlichen Austausch interessiert sind, freue ich mich auf Ihre Bewerbung oder eine kurze Nachricht hier auf Linkedin.
