Sales Support Manager Aviation

What can you expect?
You proactively drive sales activities, together with Regional Sales Units, to deliver the order intake target
You design and implement strategic sales plans for our key markets and target accounts
You capture and close deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support by bid managers, Product Manager and engineering
You understand customers’ commercial, operational, and technological challenges and opportunities with support from our Solutions Consultant
You build and maintain a network of relationships with customers, local partners and other key stakeholders in the aviation community
You maintain an up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and report to relevant internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company processes and policies
You are willing to travel worldwide (30%)
What should you bring along?
You have a degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Management or Marketing & Sales
You have 3 years of experience of complex technical product sales and regulated public procurement rules in aviation, defense or public infrastructure
You possess outstanding customer relationship skills
You have a demonstrated track record as negotiator and deal closer
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
You have the ability to quickly learn and apply technical product know-how at all stages and client situations, along with profound knowledge of the global ATM and surveillance market
