Dann werde Teil eines großen und starken VINner-TeamsFür unseren Verlagsbereich Coatings suchen wir ab dem in Vollzeit und unbefristet eine:n Director Events (m/w/d) Was Dich bei uns erwartet:
  • Du verantwortest das Coatings-Veranstaltungsportfolio (digital, on-demand und face-to-face): Seminare, Konferenzen, Lehrgänge, Konferenzen mit begleitender kleiner Fachausstellung, Kundenveranstaltungen und ein E-Learning Angebot für die deutschsprachige und internationale Lackindustrie. Dabei arbeitest Du eng und vertrauensvoll mit anderen Abteilungen ( Redaktion, Sales) des Verlagsbereichs Coatings zusammen.
  • Du forcierst die Weiterentwicklung aller Events und suchst stetig nach neuen erfolgsversprechenden Perspektiven und Märkten für unser Eventgeschäft. Dabei hast Du vor allem die Marktbedürfnisse und Trends unserer Zielgruppe, die internationale Lackindustrie, im Blick.
  • Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Partner:innen/Kund:innen von Sponsoren-Events und pflegst eine verlässliche belastbare Beziehung zu ihnen bzw. baust neue belastbare Beziehungen auf.
  • Du führst ein Team aus eigenverantwortlich agierenden Event-Experten:innen.
Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:
  • Du hast ein kaufmännisches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und verfügst idealerweise bereits über Erfahrungen im Management von internationalen Events oder Projekten.
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit (intern & extern) und hast eine ausgeprägte Kunden-, Markt- und Serviceorientierung.
  • Du handelst unternehmerisch, denkst analytisch, bist durchsetzungs- und umsetzungsstark, ohne dabei die Bedürfnisse aller Stakeholder aus dem Blick zu verlieren.
  • Du bist eine erfahrene Führungskraft und Projektmanager:in.
  • Du bist Teamplayer:in und Networker:in aus Überzeugung und kommunizierst gern an Schnittstellen.
  • Du reist gerne und bist flexibel.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
