  • Mitarbeit bei Installationen und Upgrades von Systemen bei Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Servicemitarbeitern

  • Anleiten (vor Ort und remote) von lokalen Servicemitarbeiter bei Fehlerbehebungen oder Installationen von Kundensystemen

  • Vorbereitung der Systeme für Kundenabnahmen

  • Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Fehlersuchen an Systemen bei Kunden

  • Instandsetzung und Reparatur fehlerhafter Systeme bei Kunden

  • Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung und Pflegen von Servicedokumentation

  • Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung von Ersatzteilkonzepten (Definition von Ersatzteilen & Ersatzteilerstbedarf)

  • Durchführung technischer Erstausbildung und Weiterbildung von Service Technikern der Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH (SMS); Kurssprache: englisch

  • Kommunikation erkannter Geräteschwachstellen an Entwicklung und Fertigung

  • Zuarbeit der Service Anforderungen an RnD für Neu-/Weiterentwicklungen

  • Unterstützung der weltweiten Servicetechniker durch 2nd Level Tech-Support, Hotline-Support

  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Reparaturangeboten

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurs- oder Naturwissenschaften, idealerweise mit erster Berufserfahrung

  • idealer Weise Erfahrungen mit Rasterelektronenmikroskopen (SEM)

  • hohe Bereitschaft zu weltweiter Reisetätigkeit

  • hohes Maß an Kommunikations-, Team- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden

  • zielorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • sichere Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

  • Berufserfahrung: Feld Service Erfahrung vorzugsweise im optischen oder elektronenoptischen Bereich

  • aufgeschlossen gegenüber anderen Kulturkreisen
