*Wie dürfen Sie sich Ihre Aufgabe vorstellen?:*
* Vertriebliche Betreuung der zugeordneten Vertriebspartner
* Auf- und Ausbau bestehender und neuer Vertriebspartnerschaften insbesondere im Kfz- und Rechtsschutzgeschäft
* Gestaltung der positiven Entwicklung des Ertrags und Umsatzes des Geschäfts der zugeordneten Vermittler
* Auf- und Ausbau von Vermittlern für das BVK
* Umfassende Betreuung der Vermittler entsprechend der Betreuungsrichtlinie und Anweisungen
* Schulung und Information der Vermittler fachlich und vertrieblich in der KFZ- und Rechtsschutzversicherung
* Prozessoptimierung zwischen Vermittler und der Itzehoer, Problemlöser für die Vermittler
* Schulung der Vermittler über die Inhalte und Funktionen im Maklerweb, zu MVPs und den Bipro-Services
* Selbstständige Organisation und Durchführung von (Online-) Schulungsveranstaltungen
* Durchführen und Begleitung vertriebsunterstützender Maßnahmen
* Reisebereitschaft zur Vertriebspartnerbetreuung auf Veranstaltungen oder bei dem Vertriebspartner vor Ort

*Ihr Profil:*
* Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum/r Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen mit der Fachrichtung Versicherung bzw. Ausbildung zur Versicherungskauffrau/ zum Versicherungsfachmann absolviert, einen Abschluss zum Fachwirt/in oder ein Studium
* Sie verfügen über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Lernfähigkeit
* Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und eine hohe Belastbarkeit
* Sie verfügen über einen Willen und Spaß mit verschiedensten Menschen auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren und „Dinge voran zu treiben“
* Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Eigenorganisation
* Sie haben einen Wohnort möglichst im Betreuungsgebiet MPV Nord (Niedersachsen, MV, Bremen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, HH) mit Einrichtung eines Home-Office sowie Mobil Office von unterwegs
