Das Team Compensation, Benefits & Payroll steuert alle HR Prozesse rund um das Thema Vergütung. Unser kleines Team ist an den Standorten Düsseldorf und Borken tätig und fokussiert sich auf die Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Steuerung aller entgeltrelevanter Fragestellungen und Prozesse. In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Payroll Dienstleister stellen wir die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung sicher und wollen mit reibungslosen, zeitgemäßen Prozessen zur Zufriedenheit unserer Mitarbeitenden beitragen.
Verantwortung für die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung und federführende Koordination des Payroll-Dienstleisters mit dem Ziel der Sicherstellung einer effizienten und fehlerfreien Lohnabrechnung für rund 2.Steuerung und Überwachung der Weiterentwicklung der SAP HRM Module PA und PY zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Payroll-Systemlandschaft
Förderung der Digitalisierung der Payroll-Prozesse im täglichen Arbeitsumfeld mit einem klaren Fokus auf Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung.
Klärung entgeltrelevanter Fragestellungen, insbesondere zu sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtlichen Sachverhalten im Austausch mit Behörden, Krankenkassen und Finanzämtern
Aufbereitung der Lohndaten und Übergabe an den Payroll-Dienstleister in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den KollegInnen, um eine termingerechte und präzise Lohnabrechnung zu gewährleisten
Steuerung des Payroll-Dienstleisters und des HR Service Teams bei der Abstimmung von Abwesenheiten sowie der Verwaltung von Schnittstellen zu Krankenkassen (eAU und EEL)
Schnittstellenfunktion zur Buchhaltung hinsichtlich der Verbuchung und Kontenklärung von Lohnkosten zur Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen finanziellen Abwicklung
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in der Payroll oder vergleichbaren Funktionen
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP HCM, insbesondere in den Modulen Personaladministration (PA) und Personalabrechnung (PY), sowie solide Kenntnisse der MS Office Programme
Leidenschaft für Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung mit einer ausgeprägten Affinität zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme und Prozesse
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Loyalität als zentrale Eigenschaften zur Unterstützung eines erfolgreichen und vertrauenswürdigen Payroll-Managements
