Als Head of Clinical Research (m/f/d) leitest Du die Untersuchung der klinischen Wirksamkeit unserer innovativen digitalen Medizinprodukte. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren Prüfzentren, CRO, dem Clinical Team sowie der Produktentwicklung zusammen.

  • Untersuche die klinische Wirksamkeit unserer digitalen Medizinprodukte und integrierten, hybriden Behandlung für chronische Erkrankungen - in dem Zuge leitest du die Entwicklung unserer klinische Studien von Beginn an
  • Nutze unsere Anwendungsdaten um das Verständnis zur Anwendung und klinischen Wirksamkeit über klinische Studien hinaus zu vertiefen
  • Führe dein (internes und externes) Team in der operativen Durchführung von klinischen Studien. Überwache Performance und Qualität und unterstütze dein Team bei Eskalationen
  • Bereite die Ergebnisse der klinischen Forschung selbständig und klar auf, ganz egal ob für den nächsten DiGA Antrag, die nächste Preisverhandlung mit dem GKV-SV oder für Selektivverträge mit Krankenversicherungen
  • Arbeite mit unserem klinischen Board zusammen um Vantis weiter in der Regelversorgung zu etablieren, z.B. in Verbindung mit Disease Management Programmen oder Selektivverträgen mit unseren Praxen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Humanmedizin oder Naturwissenschaften, bevorzugt mit Promotion
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, sowie Vorerfahrung im Umgang mit klinischen Studien nach GCP
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer hands-on Mentalität
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gutes Stakeholdermanagement sowie die Fähigkeit interdisziplinäre Teams zu führen und zu motivieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
