Financial Accounting ist eine der Servicefunktionen im Finanzbereich der Gesellschaft. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Business Support Center und den anderen Finance Teams erstellen wir das Reporting über die Geschäftsprozesse des Unternehmens.
Wir konzentrieren uns im Bereich der Hauptbuchhaltung auf die komplexen Ansatz- und Bewertungsfragen sowie auf die Berichterstattung im Konzern nach internationalen und deutschen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften.
Darüber hinaus tragen wir maßgeblich dazu bei, die nächste Generation der Finanzorganisation aufzubauen, um das digitale Geschäftsmodell des Unternehmens zu optimieren, indem wir bessere Prozesse ermöglichen, Wissen teilen und den Status quo herausfordern.
Organisation und Führung des Accounting Teams
Kontinuierliche Überwachung, Optimierung und Harmonisierung von Systemen sowie Arbeits- und Prozessabläufen
Organisation und Durchführung von internen Kontrollen
Proaktive Kommunikation mit den anderen Finance Teams und Geschäftsbereichen

Master / Bachelor Degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften / BWL mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und mindestens 5-jähriger Erfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Team Management
Sicherheit bei allen Aspekten zu Bilanzierung (HGB und IFRS), Buchhaltung, Jahresabschlusserstellung und Berichterstattung für ein international agierendes Unternehmen 
Erfahrungen im Steuer- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie mit dem Einsatz von Währungssicherungsgeschäften
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FICO und FI-AA. Professioneller Umgang mit MS Excel sowie mit den üblichen Web-basierten Office Applikationen
Sichere und ausdrucksstarke Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
