Für unser expandierendes Vertriebsteam suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Field Application Specialist (FAS) (w/ m/ d) mit Schwerpunkt Next Generation Sequencing und Automation für das Gebiet Deutschland/Österreich/Schweiz. Als FAS sind Sie Teil unseres europäischen Vertriebsteams mit dem Hauptsitz in Frankfurt/Main und: unterstützen das Sales-Team durch Kundenbesuche zur technischen Beratung, Anbahnung und Implementierungen von Library Prep Lösungen, pflegen enge Kundenbeziehungen mit Schlüsselkunden, führen Kundenschulungen (sowohl im Kunden-Labor als auch virtuell) zur Etablierung von NEBs NGS Library Prep Workflows durch, arbeiten mit Kunden und Partnern aus dem Liquid Handling Bereich zur Planung und Umsetzung von Automationsprojekten, nehmen an ausgewählten Messen teil und präsentieren wissenschaftliche Poster oder Vorträge als NGS-Spezialist. Sie sind der ideale Kandidat, wenn Sie mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Laborerfahrung im Bereich Library Präparation für das Next Generation Sequencing haben und Sie Ihr Studium mit einem Master-Abschluss oder besser noch mit der Promotion in einem biowissenschaftlichen Thema abgeschlossen haben. Dabei interessieren Sie sich insbesondere für moderne molekularbiologische Applikationen und deren Skalierung. Wenn Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung oder im Kundenservice haben, ist das ein Plus – aber auch Einsteiger sind willkommen. Sie haben Spaß am Reisen und im Umgang mit Menschen. Sie arbeiten weitestgehend eigenverantwortlich, aber eingebunden in einem Team gut strukturiert und mit hoher Effizienz. Ihre ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten können Sie in dieser Position täglich unter Beweis stellen.
