Das Fraunhofer-Institut für Translationale Medizin und Pharmakologie ITMP-IA am Standort Berlin-Steglitz forscht in der Entwicklung von besseren Lösungen für Patient*innen mit Allergien und anderen Mastzell-vermittelten Erkrankungen. Für dieses neue Fraunhofer-Institut, das in Kooperation mit der Charité am Standort Berlin-Steglitz entsteht, suchen wir Sie als Clinical Data Manager*in für das Datenmanagement mehrerer Studien am Forschungszentrum. Was Sie bei uns tun Aufsetzen und Betreuen von klinischen Studien mit den beteiligten Fachabteilungen. Mitwirkung am Review und an der Erstellung des Studienprotokolls CRF-Erstellung auf Basis des Studienprotokolls mittels Anforderungsanalyse und Definition der zu erfassenden Parameter und weiteren technischen Spezifikationen eCRF-Validierung mittels Erstellung und Abarbeitung von Testplänen Erstellung und Prüfung der Datenmanagement- und Datenvalidierungs-Pläne und weiterer Studiendokumente Durchführung der Query-Prozesse, Datenvalidierung, SAE-Rekonzilierung und des Medical Coding Planung, Programmierung, Validierung und Ausführung von Listings, Reports und Metriken Beratung der User von EDC-Systemen Koordination des gesamten Datenflusses, einschließlich der Überwachung und Verwaltung der Studiendaten – von der Erstellung des CRFs bis zum Datenbankschluss und der Dokumentationserstellung Validierung von Software im Rahmen klinischer Studien, Teilnahme an Audits und Weiterentwicklung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) Was Sie mitbringen Masterstudium in Bioinformatik, Datenwissenschaften, Lebenswissenschaften etc. mit einer Qualifikation in klinischer Forschung Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Datenmanagement klinischer Studien gemäß AMG/ICH-GCP (idealerweise Phase I/II) Praxis in der Erstellung studienspezifischer DM-Dokumente gemäß ICH-GCP mit fundierten Einblicken in DM-Prozesse sowie in AMG und GCP Sichere Anwendung von EDC-Systemen (z. B. SecuTrial, Viedoc, Clincase) Idealerweise Know-how im eCRF-Setup, im Umgang mit MedDRA und WHO DD sowie in klinischen Datenstandards (CDISC SDTM, CDASH) Möglichst Wissen über die Handhabung von papierbasierten Quelldaten und Patienten-Fragebögen/-Tagebüchern Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, gerne auch in den Programmiersprachen SAS, SQL, VBA und JavaScript Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für eine zeitnahe, strukturierte und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation Sie sind ein kommunikativer Teamplayer, der Probleme eigeninitiativ löst und sehr selbstständig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft agiert.
