Job Title: Clinical Scientist Lead - Early Stage Oncology Program

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Scientist Lead within our early stage oncology program. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will lead the scientific and operational aspects of our cutting-edge oncology trials. This role is pivotal in advancing our innovative therapies from early-stage research through clinical development, ensuring rigorous data analysis and interpretation to drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of early stage oncology clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and scientific integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatistics, data management, and regulatory affairs, to develop robust clinical development plans.
  • Analyze and interpret complex clinical data to guide strategic decisions and support regulatory submissions.
  • Prepare and present clinical trial results to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and scientific communities.
  • Mentor and guide junior clinical scientists, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D., M.D., or Pharm.D. in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on oncology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, including proficiency with statistical software and clinical data management systems.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials in oncology.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
