And we’re looking for more talented and committed people to join us on our journeyABOUT THE ROLEðAs Payments Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as a payments expert. As this is a payments operations role within a FinTech, you have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage the day-to-day payments and settlement processesMonitor payments related systems and complete technical investigations and root-cause analysisOwn a second level of support ticketing system and handle any escalations resulting thereofRecommend and implement the achievement of process enhancementsWork closely with Customer Success, Sales, Tech and Payment Programmes teams to enhance our product and implement the latest trends from the payments industriesReview data using SQL to gain insights on payments performance and trendsWHAT YOU'LL BRING 2+ years of professional experience, preferably at FinTech, PSP, PayTechYou have worked in a Payments, Treasury, FinOps department or similarYou have solid understanding of credit cards, payments processing and transaction monitoringYou have experience working with ticketing systems and completing complex investigations and analysis, along with transaction monitoring You are detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and time bound environmentYou have ability to manage multi channel communications from multiple external partners (scheme, processor, manufacturer) You have strong reporting and analytical skills, SQL or Python would be an advantageYou have a strong proficiency in Excel
