Als Director UX Research liegt deine Mission darin, die strategische Bedeutung von Research im Unternehmen zu etablieren und das Research-Team in seiner disziplinarischen Führung und fachlichen Entwicklung zu leiten und weiterzuentwickeln.

Für unsere Standorte in Heidelberg, Berlin, München oder Leipzig mit mehrtägiger Mobile Office-Option pro Woche suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Director UX Research (m/w/d)

Deine Mission
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Strategie zur Integration von UX Research in alle relevanten Unternehmensbereiche.
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines multidisziplinären Research-Teams, einschließlich Einstellung, Entwicklung und Mentoring von Mitarbeitern.
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Relevanz von Forschungsprojekten durch die Festlegung von Standards, Best Practices und Prozessen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere Produktmanagement, Design, Marketing, Data und Entwicklung, um Forschungsergebnisse in (Produkt)entscheidungen zu integrieren und die groben Linien der Zusammenarbeit zu definieren
  • Identifizierung und Priorisierung von Forschungsthemen basierend auf den Bedürfnissen des Unternehmens und der Nutzer. Sowohl für existierenden Themen und Produkte, als auch innovative neue Suchfelder in der Discovery.
  • Kontinuierliche Evaluierung und Optimierung von Forschungsmethoden und -instrumenten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den aktuellen Anforderungen und Technologien entsprechen. Unser Anspruch an exzellentes Research ist besonders hoch.
  • Vertretung des Research-Teams auf Managementebene und Kommunikation der strategischen Bedeutung von UX Research für den Unternehmenserfolg.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik, Human Factors, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der UX-Forschung, insbesondere in einer Führungsposition.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Integration von UX Research in Unternehmensprozesse.
  • Starke Führungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu inspirieren, zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
  • Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Forschungsergebnisse verständlich darzustellen und Einfluss auf Entscheidungsträger auszuüben.
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis verschiedener UX Research-Methoden und -Techniken sowie deren Anwendung in verschiedenen Phasen des Produktentwicklungszyklus.
  • Analytische und klare Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu verstehen und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen, agilen Umfeld zu arbeiten und sich schnell an Veränderungen anzupassen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
