Am Hauptsitz im hessischen Lahn-Dill-Kreis wird zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Position des Teamleiters Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d) gesucht.
Als zukünftiger Stelleninhaber (m/w/d) werden Sie zusammen mit Ihrem Team bestehend aus vier Mitarbeitenden insbesondere für die ordnungsgemäße Steuerung und Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung mit der Abrechnungssoftware P&I Loga verantwortlich sein. Darüber hinaus administrieren Sie die P&I Loga-Anwendung, führen neue Module ein und optimieren bestehende Prozesse. Sie sind in diesem Zusammenhang sowohl für die P&I Loga Consultants, als auch für die HR-Abteilungen in Spanien und Tschechien erster Ansprechpartner in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen.
Die Position adressiert Kandidaten (m/w/d) mit abgeschlossener, kaufmännischer Berufsausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Lohnbuchhalter, Personalfachkaufmann oder Betriebswirt. Darauf aufbauend besitzt der zukünftige Teamleiter (m/w/d) langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Durchführung von Entgeltabrechnungen, die idealerweise in einem Unternehmen der produzierenden Industrie erworben worden ist. Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der Abrechnungssoftware P&I-Loga (oder alternativ mit gängigen Abrechnungsprogrammen) werden dabei ebenso vorausgesetzt wie fundierte Kenntnisse im Metalltarif-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
Als Führungspersönlichkeit gehen Sie mit gutem Beispiel voran und sind außerdem in der Lage, sich als Teamplayer gewinnbringend in Projektarbeiten einzubringen. Eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, persönliche Flexibilität und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
