As the Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and leading a team of talented Key Account Managers. You’ll set clear direction, inspire high performance, and ensure your team supports and scales the leading online health and fitness coaches across German. This is a role for a strong, commercially minded leader who thrives on ownership, impact, and change. You combine a strategic mindset with hands-on leadership - balancing people development, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead & Empower the Team: Coach, guide, and develop a team of Key Account Managers to reach their full potential. Build a high-performing culture centered around growth, ownership, and accountability. Drive Business Performance: Set clear targets, follow up on performance, and ensure the team achieves their business KPIs - including portfolio growth, retention, and revenue impact. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute local strategies that expand Lenus’s footprint and strengthen our market position in Norway. Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and nurture top commercial talent. Ensure your team has the skills, tools, and confidence to excel. Coach Collaboration: Oversee relationships with our most strategic online coaches, ensuring Lenus delivers measurable business impact and long-term partnerships. Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain effective team processes, reporting routines, and quality standards to drive efficiency and consistency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Inbound Sales, Marketing, and Branding teams to align commercial strategies and deliver market growth. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess: Language Skills: You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English, both written and spoken. Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading or mentoring a Sales, Account Management, or Business Development team in a fast-paced environment. Commercial Mindset: Proven success in driving sales performance and revenue growth through strategy, structure, and leadership. Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to turn insights into impactful actions and make data-informed decisions. Business Understanding: Deep understanding of how to grow and scale commercial operations while maintaining strong partnerships. High-Performance DNA: You set ambitious goals, follow through, and hold both yourself and your team accountable for results.
