Our Client Success Team lead role will offer you the opportunity to lead and develop a team of talented and passionate Client Success managers of our German/Austrian brokerage business. Building, leading, and strategically developing the Client Success team for the German and Austrian brokerage markets
Analyze and track relevant KPIs and client feedback using a data-driven approach to develop targeted measures for improving performance and efficiency
Continuously monitor progress and support team growth by leveraging regular reporting and deriving actionable next steps
Effectively communicate the company’s vision and support the implementation of new initiatives and services
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or similar is a plus
Analytical and numbers-driven mindset, comfortable working with reports and making data-based decisions
Excellent communication skills in German and English
