Strategic Development: Lead the ongoing development of our SSC, enhancing efficiency, quality, growth, and compliance to support business unit needs.
Stakeholder Management: Process Management: Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to deliver best-in-class services and support.
Project Management: Lead strategic projects to optimize organizational structure and enhance service delivery. Proven experience in developing and managing global business or shared services, with a focus on transformation and integration.
Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills.
