Diversity is a part of ZEISS. Hold responsibility for multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within a region
Ensure (business) project deliverables are completed on time, in quality and within budget
Coordinate the work of the E2E streams and provide guidance where required to drive deployment project forward
Identify, escalate/mitigate and resolve business related issues and risks and facilitate decision- making associated with the deployment projects
Manage communication with project stakeholders on e.g., status, design topics, decision needs, etc.
5+ years of demonstrated experience as project lead, preferably in SAP deployment projects
Proven experience and confidence in interacting with (senior) management levels
Basic know-how of SAP S/4HANA - Excellent organizational and communication skills
