Das ist Dein Job
■ Standortübergreifende Leitung des Teams im Angebotswesen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs des Angebotsprozesses
■ Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Angebotsoptimierung
■ Screening und Analyse eingehender Anfragen, Identifikation wertvoller Anfragen hinsichtlich der Kunden, des Produktmixes und der Unternehmensziele
■ Priorisierung von Angeboten basierend auf ihrer strategischen Bedeutung und potenziellen Umsatzwirkung
■ Sinnvolle Allokation von Ressourcen, um sicherzustellen, dass wichtige Angebote mit hoher Erfolgswahrscheinlichkeit angemessen betreut werden
■ Verfolgung und Überwachung von Angeboten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, um den Angebotsprozess voranzutreiben und Abschlüsse zu erzielen
■ Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass Angebote den Kundenbedürfnissen entsprechen und die Unternehmensziele unterstützen
■ Analyse von Angebotserfolgen und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Angebotsprozesses
Das sind Deine Stärken
■ Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
■ Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Angebotsmanagement oder Vertriebscontrolling
■ Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams
■ Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
■ Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in CRM- und ERP-Systemen
■ Gutes technisches Verständnis und Affinität zu technischen Produkten und Systemen
■ Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen
