Als Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/w/d) spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle sicherzustellen, dass unsere Compensation- und Benefit-Programme wettbewerbsfähig, fair und auf unsere Geschäftsziele abgestimmt sind
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Implementierung und Verwaltung von Compensation- und Benefit-Strategien, die für die Region spezifisch sind, und arbeiten eng mit dem Team Global HR Compensation & Benefit zusammen
Die Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Vergütungssystemen und zeitgemäßen Benefits, die sowohl die Mitarbeitendenbedürfnisse berücksichtigen wie auch die Unternehmensziele unterstützen, bestimmt ihren Arbeitsalltag
Sie übernehme die Steuerung von Compensation & Benefits Projekten, Benchmark-Analysen, Job-Gradings bzw. Zum Erhalt der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit führen Sie regelmäßige Analyse von Branchentrends und Best Practices in Bezug auf Vergütung und Sozialleistungen sowie den Abgleich mit den Knauf Vergütungs- und Benefitregelungen durch - dabei prüfen Sie die Kostenauswirkungen verschiedener Vergütungsszenarien

Den Grundstein Ihrer beruflichen Karriere haben Sie durch einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich gelegt; ein Master-Abschluss oder eine einschlägige Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
Fundierte Erfahrung in Compensation & Benefit – Aufgabenstellungen, vorzugsweise in einer regionalen oder länderübergreifenden Funktion, erleichert Ihnen einen reibungslosen Start in unserem Unternehmen
Sie bringen ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu steuern und erfolgreich zum Abschluss zu bringen
