Ihre Aufgaben:
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Business-Plänen
Identifizierung, Ansprache und Gewinnung von Neukunden mit intensiver Kundenbetreuung inklusive Anfrageklärung sowie Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von Angeboten
Identifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Marktchancen sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Geschäftsfelder
Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsm��glichkeiten unserer bestehenden Produkte und Dienstleistungen und ggf. Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Dienstleistungen in Übereistimmung mit den Anforderungen der Märkte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Ableitung von Trends und Entwicklungserwartungen sowie Erstellung von Prognosen und Forecasts
Steuerung unserer externen Partner (m/w/d) sowie Aufbau neuer strategischer Partnerschaften
Monitoring relevanter KPIs sowie entsprechende regelmäßige Berichterstattung
Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Kongressen und ähnlichen Veranstaltungen
Sie zeichnen sich aus durch:
Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Vertrieb oder Entwicklung, idealerweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
Fundierte wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Kenntnisse
Affinität zu technisch anspruchsvollen und komplexen Produkten und Dienstleistungen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke gepaart mit interkultureller Kompetenz
Analytisches Denkvermögen und unternehmerischer Sachverstand
Kreativität, um neue Geschäftsfelder zu entwickeln und ein Gespür für wirtschaftliche Trends
