About the Role

Nordson Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Manager, SAP Sales and CRM to join our team in Erkrath, Germany. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resources, processes, projects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP Sales and CRM initiatives.
  • Have functional ownership of the Sales area in SAP and CRM functions (C4C/CPQ).
  • Work under the direction of the SAP COE Director to understand client business functions and requirements.
  • Expertly evaluate existing, new, and emerging technology and/or applications to provide solutions for client requirements.
  • Provide expert leadership and assistance in implementing solutions to client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in the sales module in SAP ECC and S4P, and SAP C4C is a must.
  • Part of at least one successful SAP S4 implementation.
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Science, Finance, Math, Engineering, or other technical/business field is required.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of Information Systems experience with 8 years business applications experience required or the demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Project management skills are required.
