People Operations Manager

As a People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the people in our German entity in the Berlin office and take full ownership of People Operations in various areas. Own people operations processes along the employee lifecycle in our German entity: ensure compliance with employment law and regulations, process the monthly payroll, manage all kind of contractual matters, administer benefits, and support visa cases
Ensure smooth and accurate data management across our systems
Serve as the first point of contact for external stakeholders: health insurance providers, government authorities and social security agencies
You have 2+ years of experience in People Operations in Germany, including processing payroll
You have native German and good English skills
