  • Du betreust unsere internationalen Partner:innen, Key Accounts und Endkund:innen
  • Du erarbeitest mit unseren Partner:innen maßgeschneiderte Vertriebsstrategien für die jeweiligen Vertriebsgebiete und deren Umsetzung
  • Du verantwortest ein Team von 9 Personen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Erreichen der Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsziele
  • Du erstellst und präsentierst Angebote in Zusammenarbeit mit einem technischen Vertriebsingenieur (m/w/d)
  • Du verfolgst eigenständig die Angebote innerhalb der Vertriebsgebiete und betreust die jeweiligen Kund:innen bis zum Auftragseingang

Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du hast bereits 3-5 Jahre Führungs- und fachliche Erfahrung im Vertrieb. Dadurch kannst du deinen Kolleg:innen und Mitarbeitenden Rede und Antwort stehen
  • Durch deinen technischen Ausbildungshintergrund kannst du schnell verschiedene Produktthemen im Maschinenbau erfassen
  • Du hast herausragende empathische sowie interkulturelle Fähigkeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert mit Blick auf langfristigen Unternehmenserfolg. Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kund:innen. Du übernimmst gerne eigenständige Verantwortung und denkst lösungsorientiert
  • Du gehst sicher mit allen gängigen MS-Office-Programmen um. Erfahrungen mit HubSpot CRM sind von Vorteil
