500 Wohnungen befindet sich vorrangig im Süden und Osten Berlins, welchen wir mit unseren hohen Qualitätsansprüchen „sozial“ und „umweltorientiert“ bewirtschaften. Durch diese Arbeit leisten wir als Konzern mit über 600 Mitarbeitenden einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Entwicklung der Standorte, zu deren sozialer Stabilität und zu lebenswerten Kiezen für Berlin. Im Servicebüro Tempelhof-Neukölln besetzen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt und unbefristet folgende Position:
Teamleiter Property Management / Bestandsmanagement Immobilien (w/m/d)
Sie führen ein Team von bis zu sieben Kundenbetreuer*innen disziplinarisch und fachlich.
Sie stellen mit Ihrem Team die erfolgreiche Betreuung der Bestandsimmobilien im Sinne einer kundenorientierten Bearbeitung der Geschäftsvorfälle sicher und leiten aktiv Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen ein.
Sie stellen die reibungslosen Abläufe in der operativen Bestandsbewirtschaftung sicher und initiieren proaktiv deren Weiterentwicklung.
Sie wirken aktiv bei der Planung und wirtschaftlichen Mittelverwendung der Budgets mit und unterstützen die Servicebüroleitung bei der Wirtschaftsplanung.
Sie unterstützen die Servicebüroleitung bei Analyse, Planungen und Abstimmungen zu Investitionen im Bestand.
Sie stellen eine kundenorientierte Bearbeitung der Geschäftsvorfälle mit Ihrem Team sicher und leiten erforderliche Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen ein.
Sie nehmen repräsentative Aufgaben in Unterstützung der Servicebüroleitung gegenüber Stakeholdern war.
Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur lmmobilienkaufmann / lmmobilienkauffrau (w/m/d) mit Zusatzqualifikation z. B. Immobilienfachwirt (w/m/d), Immobilienökonom (w/m/d) o. Ä.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aufgabengebiet und Fachkenntnisse der Immobilienwirtschaft, des Miet- und (idealerweise) Vergaberechtes.
Mit Leidenschaft führen Sie Mitarbeiter*innen und Teams und haben darin bereits Erfahrung gesammelt. Dabei verstehen Sie sich als aktiver Förderer (w/m/d) Ihrer Mitarbeitenden und begleiten deren berufliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
