Market Operations and Projects Intern

Working closely with our Business Development team as well as all operational teams, the International Markets team is involved in the entire development process – from identifying new markets to the scaling of existing markets. If you know one of our target markets by heart and already have some business knowledge achieved through first-hand experience in an e-commerce business or fashion, you are the perfect fit for the team.
As a Market Operations and Projects Intern (m/f/d) you will translate various texts and thus, support the team with their projects. Consequently, valuable insights into the development of our AY Global Project will be gained.
Requirements
- Studies in business management or a related field
- Native-level English language skills
- Basic knowledge of German
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for working in an international team
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Willingness to relocate to Hamburg, Germany
- Project management experience (nice to have)
- Experience with data analysis (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Country Manager in developing and exploring new business opportunities
- Providing assistance leveraging your excellent language skills
- Collaborating with the Market Operations & Development team on initiatives specific to English-speaking markets, including but not limited to content creation and management
- Contributing to market-specific analyses to drive data-informed decision-making
- Actively contributing to both operational and strategic projects
- Conducting comprehensive analyses to inform project directions
- Supporting the execution of key initiatives from planning to implementation
