Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Operations and Projects Intern to join our team. As a key member of our Market Operations & Development team, you will be responsible for supporting the Country Manager in developing and exploring new business opportunities, providing assistance with language skills, and collaborating on initiatives specific to English-speaking markets.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Country Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Assist with content creation and management for English-speaking markets
  • Contribute to market-specific analyses to inform data-driven decision-making
  • Participate in operational and strategic projects, conducting comprehensive analyses to inform project directions
  • Support the execution of key initiatives from planning to implementation
Requirements
  • Studies in business management or a related field
  • Native-level English language skills
  • Basic knowledge of German
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Willingness to relocate to Hamburg, Germany
