Our team oversees Markets and Customer Projects, including the management of Rest of World (RoW) e-commerce shops. We collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization on a wide range of initiatives, including:Business development, Cost-saving measures, Feature launch support, Testing and quality assurance and various other strategic projects

As a Market Operations and Projects Intern (m/f/d), you will also be involved in ensuring correct and high quality texts are live in your shops. This will include translating various texts and providing valuable support to the team across multiple projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international e-commerce operations and project management.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Country Manager in developing and exploring new business opportunities

Providing assistance leveraging your excellent language skillsCollaborating with the Market Operations & Development team on initiatives specific to English-speaking markets, including but not limited to content creation and managementContributing to market-specific analyses to drive data-informed decision-makingActively contributing to both operational and strategic projectsConducting comprehensive analyses to inform project directionsSupporting the execution of key initiatives from planning to implementation

Requirements

Studies in business management or a related field

Native-level English language skillsBasic knowledge of GermanGood communication and teamwork skillsEnthusiasm for working in an international teamSelf-motivated with a hands-on approach to workGood organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasksWillingness to relocate to Hamburg, GermanyProject management experience (nice to have)Experience with data analysis (nice to have)
