Your missionEverything Rocket does — AI extraction, pricing intelligence, customer dashboards, business reporting — runs on data that you make trustworthy. You will build and operate the pipelines that pull sales data out of heterogeneous hotel systems (PMS, CRM, email) and land it, cleaned and modeled, in our Databricks lakehouse. The core of the...

Your missionPipelines: You connect our source systems — CRM (Pipedrive), product databases, finance systems, third-party APIs, hotel systems (Opera, SIHOT, Delphi). Ingestion, scheduling, error handling.Modelling: You build the transformation layer (dbt or equivalent): properly versioned, tested, documented. Staging → core → marts.Metrics layer: One...

Rocket’s data layer has to scale from a handful of European hotel groups to enterprise chains across two continents — multi-tenant, reliable, cost-efficient, and fast enough to serve both real-time product features and ML workloads. You will set the architecture, the standards,...

Your missionFull technical ownership of Rocket — reporting directly to the founders, with no layer in betweenIn this role you own engineering at MICE DESK — fully. There is no CTO layer above you: architecture, technology, delivery, and team are yours, and you report directly to the founders. This is a hands-on leadership role. You lead the engineering...

We...
