About the role

The Electrical O&M Site Coordinator is responsible for the status on all electrical related site activities. With special focus on the safe and efficient delivery of offshore operations, contractors and site-based project management, you are ensuring that centrally driven projects are effectively integrated on site.

As Electrical O&M Site Coordinator you will work close together with the Regional Support Team to fulfil the strategic objective of safety, Revenue Based Availability and cost.

You will be a technical authority under Vattenfall’s Safe Systems of Work for High Voltage and Low voltage systems.

This means acting as a role model, and lead, assist, prioritize, prepare, plan, and schedule all electrical work activities.

Key responsibilities

  • For electrical maintenance activities you are the key point of contact for third-party/contractors at site, projects at site, information about escalated topics to senior management level, planned maintenance & inspections, troubleshooting activities as well as for the creation and review of relevant documentation (RAMS etc.)
  • You will act as Authorising Engineer, incl. gatekeeper on the site-specific items under Low voltage Safe System of Work (WTSR),
  • In addition, you act as Person in Control of Electrical Installation (PCEI) under high voltage Safe System of Work (WESR),
  • You are the first point of contact for internal stakeholders: VEFK, High Voltage Control Centre, High Voltage Troubleshooters
  • You will drive the optimization of internal/external resources
  • You will provide support with regard to scoping development or procurement of services/third-party contractors
  • You will also collect, and review and forward service reports from contractors/third parties on site to Technical Support, Engineering or Regional Support
  • Raising and coordinating tech tickets from site as well as handling of workorders (SAP) completes you set of responsibilities

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Advanced electrical education or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or other relevant background
  • Project management skills
  • Proven track record and experience as assistant and administration support and  in maintaining office systems
  • High level of communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize your own workload and organize time and tasks efficiently and proactivly
  • Fluency in English, spoken as well as in written form
  • Previous nomination as Elektrofachkraft (EFK)
  • Relevant knowledge about VDE and DGUV etc.
