Product bei Caya heißt: Sowohl die digitalen Apps, als auch der Service. Für eine perfekte Kundenerfahrung arbeiten bei uns Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations & Customer Success Hand in Hand.
Als Junior Technical Product Manager (w/m/d) bei Caya bist du Teil des gesamten Product Teams und verantwortest direkt teamübergreifende Projekte. Du hilfst uns dabei, die Kundenerfahrung via Kommunikation in unserem Produkt zu verbessern und die dahinter liegenden Prozesse stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
Aufgaben- Hauptsächlich wirst du für unser technisches Workflow Management zuständig sein und eigenständig Automatisierungsprojekte für unsere spannenden Großkunden übernehmen.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Customer Success Team, identifizierst du Reibungspunkte der Kund*innen in ihrer Erfahrung mit Caya und entwickelst entsprechend (technische) Lösungsansätze.
- Du nutzt No-Code- und Low-Code-Tools, um die Prozesse der Kund*innen zu automatisieren.
- Du übernimmst teamübergreifende Projekte von Operations, Customer Success und Product Management, um intern als auch extern Abläufe und Kommunikation zu verbessern.
- Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen sammeln - als Praktikant:in oder Werkstudent:in im Product- oder Tech-Bereich - und bist jetzt bereit für eine feste Position.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering, Product Management o.ä.
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes technisches (Software-)Verständnis und Interesse sowie gute Analysefähigkeiten mit.
- Du bezeichnest dich als kunden-, team- und serviceorientiert und kommunizierst problemlos sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
- Idealerweise hast du schon mit No-Code- bzw. Automatisierungstools gearbeitet.
- Werde Teil eines offenen, herzlichen und ambitionierten Teams, in dem wir uns gegenseitig unterstützen und von dem du viel lernen kannst.
- Micro-Management finden wir altmodisch. Wir haben Vertrauen in deine Fähigkeiten und geben dir die Freiheit, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln.
- Bei Caya kannst du aus dem Homeoffice arbeiten oder gelegentlich die Welt bereisen. In unserem modernen Büro in Berlin-Kreuzberg steht dir jedoch immer ein Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung.
- Du wirst im Homeoffice durch entsprechendes Equipment (Laptop, Monitor, Stuhl, Tisch etc.) von Caya unterstützt.
