Als Technical Product Owner (m|w|x) für das Inventory (Analytics)-Team leitest du die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Datenprodukten, insbesondere die Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit von Bestandsdaten durch das Inventory Quality Gateway. Unser Inventory Quality Gateway ist die zentrale Qualitätsinstanz bei der Verarbeitung von Bestandsdaten, die sicherstellt, dass die Qualitätserfahrung unserer Kund:innen den höchsten Erwartungen entspricht.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams treiben Sie die Entwicklung von Bestandsdatenlösungen voran und sorgen für Datenkonsistenz, Skalierbarkeit und Benutzer:innenfreundlichkeit.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development
    • Festlegung von Prioritäten für die Roadmap mit Schwerpunkt auf die Verbesserung der Datenqualität.
    • Entwicklung einer strategischen Vision für das Produkt, die sich an unseren Unternehmenszielen orientiert.
  • Product Development and Execution
    • Leitung der Implementierung von Funktionen zur Optimierung von Bestandsdaten.
    • Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen, dabei sollen die Lösungen zuverlässig, skalierbar und benutzerfreundlich sein.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Zusammenarbeit mit Interessengruppen zur Erfassung von Anforderungen und zur Abstimmung der Entwicklungsarbeit.
    • Zusammenarbeit mit Teams bei der Integration fortschrittlicher Technologien für Data Governance und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Data Governance and Quality Assurance
    • Implementierung und Einhaltung von Data-Governance-Praktiken für die Konsistenz und Integrität von Bestandsdaten.
    • Überwachung der Datenqualität und der Einhaltung von Vorschriften, gegebenenfalls Ergreifen von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Aufrechterhaltung hoher Standards.
  • User Interface and Experience
    • Zusammenarbeit mit UX/UI-Designer:innen bei der Entwicklung intuitiver Benutzer:innenoberflächen mit Schwerpunkt auf Benutzer:innenfreundlichkeit und Produktivität.
    • Priorisierung von Funktionen auf der Grundlage von Nutzer:innenfeedback und ermittelten Bedürfnissen innerhalb des Bestandsdatenrahmens.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization
    • Überwachung der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren in Bezug auf die Qualität der Bestandsdaten und die Wirksamkeit des Produktes.
    • Identifizierung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Produktfunktionen und des Nutzens.
Das bringst du mit
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als (Technical) Product Owner (m|w|x) oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion, vorzugsweise in einer E-Commerce- oder Datenanalyseumgebung.
  • Bildungshintergrund in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Gutes Verständnis von Datenanalyse, Datenmodellierung und Datenvisualisierungstechniken.
  • Interesse an maschinellem Lernen zur Erkennung von Anomalien sind von Vorteil.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten in der englischen Sprache, um effektiv mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz mit einem Gespür für Details.
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Cloud-basierten Technologien (z. B. AWS, Azure) und Big-Data-Plattformen (z. B. Hadoop, Spark) ist ebenfalls von Vorteil.
