Für unsere Business Unit HGK Chemical Logistics GmbH am Standort Duisburg suchen wir Sie zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt unbefristet in Vollzeit als Specialist Customer Service Logistics (m/w/d). 


Ihre Aufgaben:

Disposition von Containertransporten mit verschiedenen Verkehrsträgern Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, Dienstleister und Partner im Tagesgeschäft Track and Trace der eigenen Aufträge sowie Reporting an unsere Kunden Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen Unterstützung der Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von Transportaufträgen unter Nutzung unseres Transportsystems

Ihr Profil: 

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung wünschenswert Tankcontainer Erfahrung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen Selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise Organisationsgeschick und ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie gutes Zahlenverständnis
