Dein neuer Job als Customer Success & Training Specialist für OWIpro

Du kümmerst dich darum, unsere Kunden in der Anwendung unserer vielseitigen Verfahren jederzeit bestens zu betreuen und bist somit der erste Ansprechpartner für ihre Fragen und Anliegen. Du bist der kreative Kopf hinter der Konzeption, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von spannenden Schulungen für unsere OWIpro Software - egal ob online, bei uns im Büro oder direkt vor Ort bei unseren Kunden. In Vertriebsterminen begeisterst du potenzielle Kunden durch beeindruckende Verfahrenspräsentationen und sorgst dafür, dass sie stets den Top-Service erhalten, den sie für die erfolgreiche Nutzung von OWIpro benötigen. Du testest neue Softwareversionen und Updates , unterstützt bei der Erfassung und Pflege der Stammdaten unserer Neukunden und stellst die Antragsformulare für das Kraftfahrtbundesamt bereit. Bei Bedarf kommunizierst du mit der Zentralen Bußgeldstelle in Viechtach und hältst wichtige Kontakte aufrecht. Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Rechenzentrum und der Kundenbuchhaltung sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und unterstützt die verschiedenen Abteilungen tatkräftig. Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Teile der täglichen Kontrolle unserer Jobverarbeitung , wie zum Beispiel bei Zahlungsvorgängen und anderen wichtigen Prozessen, und trägst so zur Effizienz unseres Tagesgeschäfts bei.

Das bist Du

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Verwaltungsfachangestellter, Betriebswirt, Verwaltungsfachwirt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Quereinsteiger und bist bereit, neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen . Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und dein souveränes Auftreten machen dich zu einem serviceorientierten Profi, der gerne mit Menschen arbeitet. Du bist technikaffin und beherrschst MS Office aus dem Effeff , was dich zu einem wahren IT-Experten macht. Deine Reisebereitschaft im bayerischen Kundenbereich zeigt, dass du flexibel bist und gerne unterwegs bist, um unsere Kunden vor Ort zu unterstützen. Du liebst es, dich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten und scheust keine Herausforderung , die deinen Horizont erweitert.
