Als Berliner Personalberatungsboutique suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Mandanten, einem namhaften Unternehmen aus der Branche der erneuerbaren Energien, nach der passenden Persönlichkeit für die Position des Senior Financial Controller - SAP (gn).

Aufgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Strukturen in SAP als Basis für das interne Management-Reporting
  • Definition von Prozessen in SAP zur Umsetzung der unternehmensweiten Steuerungslogik auch abteilungsübergreifend
  • Entwickeln von konzernweiten Controlling-Standards (Kostenstellen-Strukturen, Kontenmappings, P&L Logik)
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung eines konzernweiten SAP-Blueprints und nachfolgenden Implementierungen / Roll-outs zu Tochtergesellschaften
  • Übernahme von Controlling-Aufgaben im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses (z.B. Inventur-Kalkulation, Standardpreis-Kalkulation)
  • Ansprechpartner für operative Controlling-Fragestellungen im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses
Qualifikation
  • Agbeschlossenes Studium idealerweise im Bereich Finance und Controlling, oder ähnliche Qualifikationen
  • Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finance/Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Sehr gute SAP FI/CO Kenntnisse sind erforderlich (vor allem SAP CO), idealerweise in S4/HANA
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse und generell Affinität zur IT
  • Pragmatisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweis
  • Fließende Deutsch (C1)- und Englischkenntnisse (B2-C1, oder besser)
