Senior Financial Controller

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Financial Controller, der sich auf die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzberichten, Budgets und Forecasts spezialisiert hat.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzberichten, Budgets und Forecasts
  • Analyse von Finanzergebnissen und KPIs, um fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management abzuleiten
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance-Team zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten Buchführung und der Einhaltung von internen und externen Vorschriften
  • Unterstützung bei der Liquiditätsplanung und dem Cash-Management
  • Vorbereitung von Reports und Präsentationen für Investoren und die Geschäftsführung
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Tools
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Standorten hinsichtlich Reporting und Controlling
Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, idealerweise im Finanz- oder Energiesektor
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzanalyse, Budgetierung und im Reporting
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen und fortgeschrittenen Excel-Kenntnissen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
