Deine Aufgaben

ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect (w/m/d) wirst Du bei uns mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und/oder einer informationstechnische Ausbildung ( Fachinformatiker Systemintegration). Du verfügst über fundiertes Verständnis des ServiceNow-Portfolios, der Plattformarchitektur sowie der damit im Zusammenhang stehenden Technologien und Abhängigkeiten. Zudem konntest Du bereits sehr gute Erfahrungen in der Konzeption und im Design systemübergreifender IT- und Geschäftsprozesse sowie der Erstellung entsprechender Roadmaps sammeln. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption von ServiceNow-Architekturen, insbesondere für die Module ITSM, CMDB und idealerweise CSDM setzen wir voraus. Praktische Erfahrung in der ServiceNow-Entwicklung im Enterprise-Umfeld sind von Vorteil. Deine Erfahrung im Projektmanagement / Prozessberatung in der IT-Service Branche und ITIL rundet Deine Qualifikationen ab.

Du willst gemeinsam mit uns Software-Architekturen effizienter machen und diese in IT-Projekten weiter ausbauen und verbessern? Dann kannst Du Dich hier einbringen:
Als ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect (w/m/d) erstellst Du die Lösungsarchitektur für ServiceNow im Rahmen eines mehrjährigen Einführungsprojekts, Foundation und weitere Module, insbesondere, aber nicht ausschließlich ITSM. Du gestaltest die technische Plattformvision zur Realisierung effizienter, updatefähiger und erweiterbarer Implementierungskonzepte. Darüber hinaus entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit unserem Product Team die technische Roadmap und berätst bzgl. der Release-Planung. Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Application Owner für die Einbettung von ServiceNow in unsere Enterprise Architecture. Du erstellst funktionale und technische Designdokumente und wirkst bei der Konzeption von Business Cases und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Einführung weiterer Module mit. Zudem wirkst Du bei der Etablierung eines langfristigen Betriebsmodells auf der Basis von ServiceNow-Standards mit.
