ServiceNow Consultant - 12 Month Contract + Remote - C1 German


We are proud to be partnered with a leading ServiceNow partner, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their client.


We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join the team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will have expertise in ITOM, SecOps, WDS, and IRM.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, specifically ITOM, SecOps, WDS, and IRM, ensuring alignment with best practices and client specifications.
  • Develop custom workflows, integrations, and reports to enhance the functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform by client teams.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of client environments.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.


Requirements:

  • C1 Certified in German
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a strong focus on ITOM, SecOps, WDS, and IRM modules.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, development, and integration capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze client requirements, design effective solutions, and implement them within the ServiceNow framework.
  • ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, SecOps, WDS, and/or IRM are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
