Deine Mission

Als zentraler Teil der Business Unit Insurance ‚embedded‘ im horizontalen Team Value Added Services (VAS) liegt dein Fokus darauf, Produkte und Services für unsere Insurance (Bestands) -kunden weiterzuentwickeln sowie neues Potenzial zu identifizieren, um Kundenbindung & Loyalität sowohl kurz- als auch langfristig zu steigern. Du bist für die kontinuierliche Discovery von Maßnahmen entlang der Customer Journey unserer Bestandskunden verantwortlich und begleitest deren datenbasierte und cross-funktionale Umsetzung im Unternehmen – immer mit dem Ziel vor Augen, unsere Umsatz- und Kundenzufriedenheitsziele zu erreichen.Gemeinsam mit den Product Managern von Insurance & Value Added Service gestaltest du die Vision, Strategie und Ausrichtung für das Bestandskunden-Management von Insurance und definierst, steuerst und analysierst die Ziele und operativen Kennzahlen, die unseren Erfolg ausmachen.Als Mit-Orchestrator der Discovery im Bereich des Bestandskundenmanagement treibst und repräsentierst du Initiativen aus dem Bereich Insurance im Value Added Service Team und stellst ein reibungsloses und effizientes Zusammenspiel sicher. Dafür wird es notwendig sein, vielfältige Anforderungen aufzunehmen und zu priorisieren, indem du sie mit Business-Zielen, Kundennutzen und Entwicklungsaufwänden möglichst effizient in Einklang bringst – mit dem Ziel, die wirkungsvollsten Maßnahmen zuerst zu realisieren.Als Repräsentant von Insurance innerhalb der Business Unit Value Added Service gewinnst du ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der unternehmensweiten Treiber von Kundenbindung, Loyalität, Cross- & Up-Selling und Churn sowie der Probleme, derer du dich mittels User Research und kontinuierlicher Interaktion mit den Kunden näherst. Basierend auf diesen Erkenntnissen evaluierst du Ideen und deren Impact auf unsere Unternehmensziele, indem du diverse Methoden und Tools in den Bereichen Lean Startup, Design Thinking etc. zur Anwendung bringst.

Das bringst du mit

Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner / Product Manager, sowie über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Discovery und der iterativen Delivery in den Bereichen des Bestandskundenmanagements, der Retention und Personalisierung.Du hast tiefgreifende Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit qualitativen und quantitativen Kundendaten, um informierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Daher bist du selbstsicher in der Nutzung der passenden Methoden zur jeweiligen Fragestellung.Du versetzt dich gern in die Lage des Endkunden und strebst nach innovativen Produktideen, die den Unterschied machen und den Kunden in den Mittelpunkt stellen.Datenbasiertes Arbeiten zeichnet dich aus: du identifizierst mühelos relevante KPIs und wandelst diese in aussagekräftige Business Cases um, um eine fundierte Priorisierung vornehmen und datengetriebene Entscheidungen treffen zu können.Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten über unterschiedliche Teams und Hierarchien hinweg und beherrscht es, sowohl kunden- als auch unternehmenszentrierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und dabei das große Ganze nie aus dem Blick zu verlieren. Dazu gehst du strukturiert, organisiert, proaktiv und ergebnisorientiert vor und findest die richtige Balance und Priorisierung vielfältiger Projekte.Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jeweils mind. C-1 Niveau) sowie erste Erfahrung im Marketing runden dein Profil ab.
